An update regarding AV equipment and IT
Due to the enormous growth of Sweco Belgium, all offices are systematically receiving a general update in terms of look and feel, equipment and IT. The leading engineering, consulting and design firm finds it important that projects can be presented in every meeting room, both internally and externally. A large screen to visualize everything on is also an absolute must. Hybrid meeting capabilities have become the new standard for any room.
"Play AV was already our partner in previous installations at our offices and since this cooperation was already going perfectly, we didn't need to look any further. No more double bookings thanks to our reservation system
Flexibility is a high priority at Sweco. They want to give employees the opportunity to easily organize meetings in the various Sweco offices. To make this possible, they invested in a reservation system, among other things. Facility Manager Alain De Backer told us that this solution is used daily and constantly.
"In the renovated offices where we introduced the solution, this ensures a much smoother organization of the meeting rooms. Since we can also enter whether the meeting is with external people, the cleaning team can respond to this by providing drinks, for example.
It is an audiovisual solution that we have had in some offices for 5 years and that has proven its added value. All meeting rooms will eventually be equipped with this user-friendly solution. In this way, booking a meeting room has become child's play, you are sure of your reservation and there are no surprises." Alain De Backer Facility Manager at Sweco Belgium tells us.
Sharing information via the Barco Clickshare
In addition to an investment in a reservation system, the company also invested in video conferencing equipment. This allows video conferencing in any meeting and content can be easily shared or displayed via the screen. The Barco Clickshare enables this content sharing wirelessly.
