Charity Night Club Brugge
Charity Night 2025
Club Brugge's Charity Night is an annual fundraising event dedicated entirely to charity. This year, the event was organized to benefit the Club Brugge Foundation. Over the years, the Charity Night has grown into a large-scale and prestigious festivity. Where the event started with about 25 tables, it has now grown to 63 tables at the 4th edition. The proceeds also grew from 155 855 euros in 2020 to a stunning 455 280 euros.
Club Brugge once again chose us as their audiovisual partner, thanks to our comprehensive range of services and our creative input. Matthias Misplon - Head of F&B and Events at Club Brugge explains:
“When you book an A+ artist to take your event to the next level, you need to make sure he gets the stage he deserves. For that, you need a partner with the right expertise as well as the necessary flexibility.”
No less than ten tons of audiovisual equipment had to be hung for this event. Thanks to targeted planning and good cooperation between Club Brugge, the BMCC and other suppliers, this went smoothly.
The integration of the audiovisual elements such as dynamic lighting, a clear-sounding sound system and a high-quality LED display of 80m² stimulated the senses of the attendees and contributed to the overall experience of the event.
Jeroen Bille, Project Manager at Play AV, emphasizes the importance of audiovisual support:
“Audiovisual support plays a crucial role in the experience and impact of the event. The use of high-quality AV equipment can enhance the professionalism of the event and ensure a lasting impression.”
For five years, Play AV has been the audiovisual partner of the successful soccer club from Bruges, both for events, matches and permanent AV solutions. Also for the next 3 seasons we will remain official supplier of the club.

Collaboration with Club Brugge
We asked Club Brugge how they had experienced the cooperation for this event:
“Cooperation with Play AV went smoothly, both in preparation and on the evening itself. They actively think along and come up with creative solutions, such as the revamped reception: a tunnel created especially for the event.” explains Matthias Misplon.
“The smooth follow-up, clear communication, years of experience and creative input make Play AV a great partner for events of this level. A special thanks goes to Jeroen Bille, whose commitment and involvement played a major role in the success of the Charity Night.”
