Coordinator/planner technical team (Nazareth region)

As a planner, you will be responsible for the efficient planning and coordination of our technical team, consisting of about 10 permanent employees and a pool of freelancers. You ensure that they are at the right place at the right time with our customers.

You are the communication hub between the engineers, PMO team, procurement team and customers.

With your organizational talent, you manage everything logistically:

What will you do?

• Establish and coordinate a dynamic, results-oriented schedule in coordination with the Sales, PMO and purchasing team

• Notify customers of planned installations.

• Briefing of technicians & monitoring daily deployment and performance.

• Administrative processing of installations.

• Correct handling of any complaints or problems.

Your profil

Can you check off the following items?

• You are a fluent communicator.

• You can cope well with last minute changes, always keeping a cool head and shifting gears quickly. In short, you are stress resistant and multitasking is second nature to you.

• You are responsible and structured; you are not satisfied until everything is finished.

• You enjoy working in a result and customer-oriented manner.

• You work fluently with a PC, especially a knowledge of Excel is an advantage. If you have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics as an ERP package, this is an asset. 

• You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch and you express yourself adequately in French and English.
