Audio and video in the new office of Claeys & Engels
Claeys and Engels is a leading Belgian law firm specializing in labor law. Recently, their headquarters moved to the historic building “the Royale Belge” in Brussels. We were given the opportunity to provide the new office with audiovisual solutions.
At Claeys & Engels, most meetings have not been physical for quite some time. There is an incentive to organize them as efficiently as possible digitally. Everything was provided at the office to make this possible.
Various types of meeting rooms
Several types of meeting rooms were chosen:
- Focus hubs for small, internal meetings.
- Classic meeting rooms for up to 14 people, with tile microphone and videoconferencing equipment.
- A boardroom for large meetings of up to 40 people, where multiple cameras were chosen to capture both the participants and the moderator.
Digital signage for clear communication
Digital signage was chosen in the lounge and dining area. This has made internal communications easy peasy and customers are immediately immersed in the right atmosphere upon arrival. Investments were also made in a new audio system, allowing festivities to be taken to the next level.
Working together for more than 20 years
