In a rapidly changing work environment, where hybrid working is becoming the norm, Locinox needed innovation. The key question was how to optimize their office spaces with advanced AV solutions that would not only improve their day-to-day operations, but also positively impact team dynamics.
LED as a wow factor
A visual eye-catcher was chosen in the hall: the 18m² Leyard LED wall. It is used for a variety of applications, from business presentations and meetings to after-work activities such as joint viewing of sporting events.
Joseph Jr Talpe, Sourcing Manager at Locinox, explains: “We chose LED technology because of its impressive size combined with excellent image quality. It is also very easy to manage content on the screen or switch to presentation mode. This accessibility was crucial for wide acceptance among staff.”
Innovative meeting rooms
Hybrid meetings have become an essential part of the modern workplace. The manufacturer of high-quality hardware told us that they make extensive use of Logitech videoconferencing solutions in their new meeting rooms. Each room is equipped with a Logitech Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini or Rally Bar Huddle. Depending on the size of the room, the correct solution was chosen.
Invisible audio solutions
Locinox chose audio integration at several strategic locations in their new headquarters:
- The entrance hall: For background music during receptions and as audio support for the LED wall.
- The restrooms: A subtle but stylish addition that makes visitors feel warm and welcome.
- Bistro: Background music creates a pleasant atmosphere during lunches and social gatherings.
Invisible audio solutions were chosen both in the entrance hall and in the bistro. This aesthetic decision was made to allow the music to fully blend into the space, without visible equipment, while maintaining optimal sound quality.
