Both aesthetic and functional considerations led to the choice of the Logitech MeetUp in smaller meeting rooms and the Biamp Parlé VBC in the large meeting room. The solutions are being used more frequently than initially expected. Although efficiency gains with customer communications have not yet been fully realised, Quaestor is optimistic about future improvements.
Projection for the multi-purpose room
The choice of an ultra short throw projector in the multipurpose room was dictated by the size of the room and the number of people who could attend the meeting here. and the presence of glass. The concrete structure of the building required this specific projection technology. The automatically retractable projection screen ensures that the office view is maintained when the room is not being used for meetings. The projection in the multipurpose room is often used, especially when presenting large Excel files, where the large screen allows clear display of figures.
The multipurpose room is heavily used for weekly meetings with relationship and portfolio managers, as well as for internal events. This room offers the necessary capacity that the other meeting rooms do not have.
