NEW HQ FOR ION: AUDIO, VIDEO AND CONTROL

ION is a project developer and real estate investor with a great deal of experience in commercial and semi-industrial real estate and residential project development.
It is therefore important for them to emphasize both high-quality architecture and the sustainability of the projects.

The dynamic company has experienced very strong growth in recent years. In order to consolidate the further growth, there was a high need for expansion. They found this new location along the Expresweg in Waregem.

In terms of 1.1 hectares, ION has realised a completely new business park. There are currently 5 office buildings on the site, the largest of which is owned by ION itself.
Each building consists of 3 to a maximum of 5 floors and has a skybox at the very top with a roof terrace. The buildings look very good on the outside due to the use of different materials, but in addition, the building is also equipped with various innovative techniques. Moreover, the building is also a real first, because it is the very first CO2-neutral building project in Belgium.

Play AV was also part of the construction. Several meeting rooms for 6 to 8 people and the skybox were equipped with audio, video and control. Another eye-catcher is the diplay lounge with a 2x2 video wall. In addition, the auditorium was also equipped with an Epson 4K laser projector, Bose Panaray MA12 Line array and a Bose MB24 Bass module.
